Arnoldo Matus Kramer,
Dr. Kramer brings more than nine years of professional experience on climate change policy to the role of Mexico City’s Chief Resilience Officer. In 2012, he co-founded Ithaca Environmental, a consulting firm providing counsel in climate change, sustainability, environmental finance and clean technology topics. In 2009, Kramer worked at the OECD in Paris, where he contributed to work on climate change adaptation. He holds a PhD in geography and environment from the Environmental Change Institute of the University of Oxford; an M.Sc. in renewable energy and environment from Reading University in the UK; and an M.Sc. in environment and resource management from BTU-Cottbus in Germany.
